Swimming Pool Closure - Please note that on Friday May 11th there will be no swimming sessions due to a School event

Facility Hire: Taunton School Sports Club offer a range of sports facilities available to hire. These include a large Sports Hall comprising; 4 cricket nets, 5-a-side facility, basketball and badminton courts. A medium sized Sports Hall with a 5-a-side facility, badminton and basketball courts. Plus the club boasts a Fitness Hall available to hire or use for fitness classes. Outdoor cricket nets and pitches are also available during the cricket season. Please download the pricelist opposite for more information.
SASP Swim School: Sundays term time from 8 - 10am & 2 - 5pm.
Charlie Attwood, who attends the Taunton Deane Swimming club and trains at Taunton School pool has broken the English Junior age group record for 14 year old boys 100m breast stroke.
Charlie broke the record at the UK School Games held at the 2012 Olympic pool.
Old Record Set in 2004 1:06.94, New Record 1:06.81!

Taunton School has strict rules governing club member access, appropriate use of allocated club areas and opening times. There are good reasons for this, the safeguarding of our pupils is of the highest priority to the School. The Sports Club shares facilities with the School for the benefit of the School and for members. This can only work if the members play their part and observe the strict controls that have been put in place to ensure that pupils and members do not share unsupervised facilities. Member access to club facilities are strictly those times that are published by Taunton School Sports Club, failure to adhere to these times may result in your Sports Club Membership being revoked.
